Changelog

Every TreVmS release gets an entry here: what changed and why, without internal details.

  1. ArcDelta

    Liquidation data coverage

Liquidations now show on the correct side on every exchange, and the API reports what share of liquidations is visible on each exchange.

    • Bybit liquidations no longer land on the opposite side, and OKX liquidations now count in the liquidation map.
    • Binance and OKX publish at most one liquidation per second per instrument, so about a third is visible during cascades. API responses include an estimate of the full count and volume.
    • A new liquidation coverage query by interval and a liquidations section in the data passport.
  2. Infrastructure

    Stability and storage

The service puts less load on the server: option data takes noticeably less space and container logs no longer grow without limit.

    • Option change history stores a contract's fixed fields once instead of in every record.
    • Container logs are capped in size.
    • Labs requests no longer hold up other API requests.
  3. Alpha

Alpha opens: alphas on the site and on the Terminal chart

alpha.trevms.com is back as an open section for alphas: conditions after which an event happens noticeably more often than usual. In Terminal alphas are a toggle above the chart.

    • Every alpha is defined by a condition, a target and a horizon, and is published only if it beats the base rate by at least 5 pp out of sample.
    • The catalog is open to everyone: target, horizon, sample size and edge strength. The exact condition, rates and fires are for Alpha subscribers.
    • On the Terminal chart a fire is marked on its bar, the expected return zone runs to the end of the horizon, and a card beside it compares the hit rate with the base rate.
    • The first alphas are in validation; until then the section shows the format on clearly marked examples.
  4. Labs

Labs: market, risk and backtest models

Labs is rebuilt around six models, each checked on real data and showing its own calibration. The liquidation map in Terminal loads more reliably.

    • Monte Carlo 1.0 follows current volatility and the time of day and shows the probability of touching any price level.
    • New risk models: position Value at Risk and liquidation risk with a safe-leverage table.
    • New backtest models: execution cost from five venues' order books and a backtest check for overfitting.
    • The seven previous diagnostic models and the private Alpha section were removed.
    • The liquidation map fetches only new minutes and keeps showing the last computed map if the source fails.
  5. TreVmS

304 scenes, each showing one feature

The ASCII scene set grew from 136 to 304, spread across Terminal, ArcDelta, Finance, Labs, Research and the company site.

    • A new Features page on trevms.com lists every scene by section.
    • Scene grids were added to the Terminal, Labs and Research pages, and Finance gets a Features section.
    • Scenes start only as they near the screen, so long lists stay light on your device.
  6. TreVmS

New TreVmS site: every feature in motion

The home page, company pages, product hubs, account, docs and Finance have a new look and an ASCII scene for every feature.

    • A feature overview per product: each scene wakes when you point at it.
    • Finance: loaders, cards, sign-in and onboarding use Terminal-style scenes instead of the old motion.
    • The account and docs show a scene for each section.
  7. TreVmS

Animations are lighter on your device

The ASCII scenes on the site, in Terminal and in Finance look the same but use noticeably less CPU and GPU.

    • All scenes on a page share one frame loop and spread their drawing across frames when the page is busy.
    • The glow is computed in a small buffer, and characters are redrawn only where they change.
    • Resting scenes update less often and return to full rate on hover.
  8. Research

Research becomes an open development log

The changelog, a live ArcDelta data panel, weekly market reports and Labs model cards are now published here.

    • Data status: days of history, instruments, venues, latency and feed completeness over the last hour.
    • Weekly market reports are computed after the week closes and never recomputed.
    • Model cards show the version, inputs and periodic review state.
  9. Terminal

New Terminal: loading motion and a quieter order flow

Terminal has a new look, reads ArcDelta data faster and adds quant analytics.

    • ASCII loading screens that show data progress.
    • Order flow is calmer and easier to read at high rates.
    • Heatmap: one window control, layer toggles, walls and book share.
  10. Finance

    Finance: the second risk-management layer

Risk across all positions, reports, rebalancing and option protection for a multi-exchange portfolio.

    • Two-level risk, per-position contributions, a continuous monitor and notifications.
    • What-If on every position, execution plans and a trade optimizer.
    • Risk history, holding cost and cross-exchange exposure.
    • Reports, performance attribution and a decision journal.
    • Rebalancing, capital allocation and option protection.
  11. Finance

Finance: trade screen and account setup

Spot orders, leverage choice and position size in USD or coins.

    • Charts from 1 minute to 1 day, One-way and Hedge modes per account.
    • A rebuilt account setup wizard.
    • Spot orders now stay inside the venue's allowed price band.
  12. Finance

    Finance 1.0

Finance is rebuilt around one portfolio, safe actions and an AI section.

    • TreVmS native chart, coin picker and daily risk limits.
    • 10-second account sync, each account on its own clock.
  13. Terminal

Footprint: progressive loading and history export

Price levels load progressively, and observed data can be exported.

    • Candle and level coverage reconciliation with daily candle progress.
    • History stays usable when individual days fail to load.
  14. Labs

Monte Carlo: PnL and loss budget

Simulations show money PnL and breaches of a set loss budget.

  15. ArcDelta

ArcDelta: data passport and recorded corrections

Each dataset now reports which venues were included and how many rows were expected versus observed.

    • Corrections to closed intervals are recorded as versions instead of silent overwrites.
  16. Terminal

Terminal, Labs and the Research workspace

Footprint counts open interest across all venues, and order flow recovers without page reloads.

  17. Labs

    Liquidation map v2

Open-interest cohort peaks, observed liquidations kept apart from estimates, integration docs.

    • A negative holdout result for liquidation levels was published.
  18. ArcDelta

    ArcDelta: Gate, Bitget and Hyperliquid

New venues join Bybit, Binance and OKX, with sequence-checked order books.

    • Bad venue bars are rejected before aggregation.
