The old ArcDelta model layer is retired

The market-regime and range-forecast models from the first ArcDelta version no longer ran and had not been validated on current data, so we retired them. TreVmS models now ship only through Labs, with a model card and a review.

• Empty model panels are gone from Terminal; the models page says they will come later.
• Terminal and the trading bot no longer request the retired models.
• A market-regime model will return as a Labs candidate once 90 days of history exist and it passes a held-out test.
